Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lexify Support LLC (“Lexify Support,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and any services confirmed through a written coverage confirmation or other agreement. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Service-specific written terms control if they conflict with these website terms.

2. Services

Lexify Support provides remote deposition recording, digital exhibit management, session monitoring, and related IT support. Availability, technician assignment, scope, platform, deliverables, and pricing are not guaranteed until confirmed by us in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate scheduling and connection details, appropriate access, necessary materials, and timely notice of changes. You are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents, stipulations, or authorizations required for recording, handling exhibits, or conducting the proceeding.

4. Rates, minimums, and payment

Website prices are starting rates in U.S. dollars and may change. A two-hour minimum applies unless otherwise confirmed. After-hours, weekend, expedited, cancellation, overage, storage, shipping, or file-delivery fees may apply. Final rates, invoicing, and payment terms will be stated in the applicable confirmation or agreement.

5. Scheduling and cancellation

Coverage requests are subject to availability. A request submitted through the website does not reserve a technician. Changes or cancellations may result in fees when personnel or resources have been committed; applicable terms will be communicated with the booking confirmation.

6. Technology and proceedings

Remote proceedings depend on third-party platforms, internet connections, devices, and participants outside our control. We use commercially reasonable efforts to support each session, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or eliminate every technical issue. The client and authorized legal professionals remain responsible for the conduct of the proceeding and the official record.

7. No legal advice

Lexify Support is a litigation-support and technology provider, not a law firm. Nothing on this website or in our services constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or replaces the judgment of counsel, a court reporter, or another licensed professional.

8. Confidentiality and materials

Each party will use reasonable care with nonpublic information received in connection with a service. You represent that you have authority to provide materials and access needed for the engagement. Separate confidentiality, security, retention, or delivery requirements must be agreed to in writing before the session.

9. Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or misuse its content. The website design, branding, and original content are owned by Lexify Support or its licensors and may not be copied or exploited without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexify Support disclaims implied warranties relating to the website. Lexify Support will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Any service-related liability will be governed by the applicable written service agreement and law.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. For questions or concerns regarding these terms, contact Lexify Support LLC at coverage@lexifysupport.com.
