Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate deposition or service details
  • Ensure their own equipment and connections function properly
  • Communicate changes promptly

We are not responsible for issues outside our control, including third-party platforms, client equipment, or internet disruptions.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling is confirmed only in writing.
Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the agency or agreement.

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued after service, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due upon receipt.

Deliverables

We may provide media files or cloud recordings as part of our service.
However, Lexify Support LLC is not responsible for:

  • Internet interruptions
  • Platform outages
  • Missing or corrupted files due to third-party platform issues
  • Participant-side technical failures
  • Delays caused by external systems or agencies

We deliver media as a convenience, but do not guarantee uninterrupted recordings / sessions under all conditions.

IT Support Limitations

Our assistance includes general remote technical support related to:

  • Audio/video issues
  • Platform setup
  • Troubleshooting
  • Deposition session support

We do not install software on client devices, modify hardware, or perform tasks outside deposition- or session-related assistance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexify Support LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Failures caused by third-party platforms or client technology

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim..

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Use our website or services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access or disruption of our systems
  • Misuse contact or scheduling forms

Intellectual Property
