Scheduling & Cancellations

Deliverables
We may provide media files or cloud recordings as part of our service.
However, Lexify Support LLC is not responsible for:

- Platform outages
- Missing or corrupted files due to third-party platform issues
- Participant-side technical failures
- Delays caused by external systems or agencies
We deliver media as a convenience, but do not guarantee uninterrupted recordings / sessions under all conditions.
IT Support Limitations
Our assistance includes general remote technical support related to:
- Audio/video issues
- Platform setup
- Troubleshooting
- Deposition session support
We do not install software on client devices, modify hardware, or perform tasks outside deposition- or session-related assistance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexify Support LLC is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Failures caused by third-party platforms or client technology
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim..
