Each submitted assignment is assigned a Lexify Job # and stored in our operations system. We may also receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, and website logs.

Do not use the website form to transmit exhibits, testimony, privileged files, protected health information, or other highly sensitive material. We will provide appropriate delivery instructions when needed.
